Meet Arielle

TRAUMA INFORMED DE-COLONIAL PSYCHOTHERAPY & HEALING ROOTED EARTH'S WISDOM

Welcome. My name is Arielle. I'm a Multicultural Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) born on turtle island and the original lands of the First Nation Piscataway people. I am a trauma-sensitive, liberation-based, somatic psychotherapist, and ceremonialist serving people in California, Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. For over 10 years, I've helped individuals from all walks of life break intergenerational patterns of pain,  deconstruct oppressive systemic programming, and alchemize traumatic experiences. I help people reclaim and embody the inherent healing wisdom that lives within to walk in deeper alignment with the authentic nature of their hearts and spirits and their unique gifts as a human.

I am grateful to have trained and apprenticed with leading psychotherapists, somatic practitioners, shamanic teachers, and Indigenous elders for the last 8 years to learn how to curate sacred spaces that respectfully reweave the wisdom of trauma psychology, de-colonial frameworks, and somatic therapies with the ancestral, Earth rooted practices of shamanism and curanderismo to offer a holistic, life-affirming approach to healing.

Each container I offer is a uniquely curated sacred space for individuals to reconnect to their body, their spirit, and the living world around them and  return home to their inherent wisdom and their unique purpose and symbiotic role with our planet.

You may be carrying the weight of unaddressed ancestral trauma and protective patterns rooted in the  survival of your lineage and they are heavy.

You are interested in integrating psychedelics into your healing journey and are seeking a grounded and expansive space where your nervous system, psyche, and spirit can be held together.
