Arielle Mesa, LICSW

Hello! My name is Arielle and I'm a trauma-sensitive, liberation-based, somatic therapist and ceremonialist with over 10 years experience supporting individuals from all walks of life reclaim their inherent healing wisdom to live in harmonious and embodied alignment with the true nature of their hearts and spirits. I've trained and apprenticed with leading psychotherapists, somatic practitioners, shamanic teachers, and Indigenous elders to learn how to curate sacred spaces that respectfully reweave the wisdom of trauma psychology and somatic therapies with the sacred, ancestral practices of shamanism and curanderismo to offer a holistic, life-affirming approach to healing.
